to event date, length of the event, number of guests & location.
- Scheduled personalized consultation appointment
- Scheduled meeting with ceremony and reception site to
coordinate details
- Unlimited contact via phone & email
- Draft a time line/ itinerary used direct the flow and timing of the
event
- Confirmation of wedding vendors
- Distribute a complete wedding day itinerary to all vendors
- Rehearsal coordination and instruction
- Collection of items at rehearsal to be brought and set up on
wedding day
- Oversee all deliveries and setup at the ceremony & reception sites
- Confirm that the ceremony and reception sites are properly
prepared
- Assistance with dressing of the bride & attendants
- Assistance with the distribution of the wedding party flowers
- Greet guests and direct them to the ceremony and reception
areas
- Answer any guests' questions and concerns throughout the day
- Supervise & communicate with catering staff or banquet
manager to ensure timely food service
- Payment of wedding vendors on the bride & groom's behalf
- Ensure thorough clean up
- Arrange for the delivery of gifts collected during the reception
- Ready to handle emergency issues, emergency kit on hand
